One of the things I’ve noticed that comes up time & time again with my clients is this; those that succeed at making the changes they want each had a big enough reason why.
It sounds terribly simple, but it’s actually quite profound.
You see, quite probably there’s something you’d want to change; perhaps there’s a skill you want to improve, a habit you’d like to stop, or at it’s simplest, a food you’d like to ditch, but you’re not able to.
So why can’t you?
Yes, I know there’s all that past learning and conditioning stuff that’s been going on in your life up until now … but why haven’t you actually DEALT WITH THAT … and made that change?
And for most people it’s because of that Reason Why issue.
You’ve got to associate enough pain with staying on that well-trodden path you’ve been meandering down, or associate enough pleasure (or relief!) with how things’d be once you’ve switched from the old path to a new one.
Notice I didn’t say, How you’ll do it, because, frankly, that’s less important … get a big enough Reason Why and you’ll discover ways to make the changes you want that, right now, just aren’t visible to you.
It’s a case not of “I’ll believe it when I see it” but actually it’s really “I’ll see it when I believe it.”
So what’s YOUR motivation?
What’s that voice or feeling in your head, heart or stomach, that’s crying out to be acted upon that, if you did, would change the course of your life for the better … for ever?
I’d love to be able to be some small part of your journey and so if you’d like ANY help whatsoever reply below or contact me & tell me what’s your reason why & what’s stopping you from going for it … what d’ya have to lose?
Might just change your life!
Can’t say fairer than that, can I?
